Thank you for choosing our SaaS product. We stand behind the quality of our software and services, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Refunds for Paid Subscriptions

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all of our paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the product within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Please note that refunds are only available if the SaaS product has not been excessively used during the first 7 days. If our team determines that the product has been used beyond reasonable evaluation, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

All refunds are processed through our payment processor, Paddle. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Refunds for Demo Version

We offer a free demo version of our SaaS product, which allows you to try out the software before making a purchase. The demo version is fully functional for a limited time, after which you'll need to subscribe to continue using the product. Since the demo version is free, we do not offer refunds for it.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request in certain circumstances, such as if there is evidence of abuse or fraud. Additionally, we cannot provide refunds for any third-party services or products that were purchased through our platform.
